After not using my Acer Aspire One netbook for a couple of months I needed it again for school. It didn't boot, as the battery was completely discharged. I tried recharging the battery but that didn't work. Even after a couple of hours charging, the battery indicator in the task bar still said it was charged for 0%. It seemed to be a problem with its BIOS, the netbook simply didn't recognize its battery anymore.

Today I went to Schiphol Airport again to take some pictures of the aircraft at the ramp. Most of the pictures are KLM aircraft, as Schiphol is the home base for this airline and a Boeing 747 of China Airlines which was just leaving.

I few weeks ago, when I was working at the KLM and was on Schiphol Airport everyday, I took some pictures at the panorama terrace. From there you've got a great view over the airport and the ramp where all the aircraft are being handled.

As I'm convinced that it's just a matter of time before QR (Quick Response) codes are a standard in our daily lives, I played around a bit. I found out that Google added QR codes to their Chart API, and wrote a little piece of code.
